You can exchange or return an item within 14 days from the date of purchase.
How to return an item
Ensure the item:
• Has not been used and shows no signs of wear.
• Is fully complete, with intact packaging.
• Has all labels and factory markings.
• Does not have individual branding (your logos or inscriptions).
After receiving the item, we will refund your money to your card within 5 business days.
Product Exchange
Item doesn't fit in size, color, or style? Exchange it for another one. The main condition is that the item meets the return conditions.
Issues with quality?
Found a defect? We'll take care of it. After an examination conducted by us to confirm that usage conditions were not violated, we will provide an exchange or a refund.
Annual Warranty
We don’t just provide a warranty — we ensure your clothing lasts longer. While others compromise, we choose quality.
Warranty Conditions
We will repair your item for free in the following cases:
1. Fabric tear
2. Seam tear
3. Hardware breakage
The warranty is valid after an examination conducted by us to confirm that usage conditions were not violated.
Your comfort is our priority. We will do everything to ensure your clothing serves you for a long time.
Please note: Shipping costs for product repairs are not covered.

• The item and its packaging
• All components
• The sales receipt or invoice
