When you fully pay for your order at LUX-FORM, you receive personalized embroidery as a gift, up to 12×3 cm in size, made with our standard fonts.
It can be a name, job title, or short personalized inscription.
Free embroidery is available on:

The number of free embroideries corresponds to the number of ordered items:
— ordered 1 item and fully paid for the order — you receive 1 free embroidery;
— ordered 100 items and fully paid for the order — you receive 100 free embroideries.
Free embroidery is valid only under the following conditions: full payment of the order, embroidery size up to 12×3 cm, and use of standard LUX-FORM fonts.
Logo Embroidery and Individual Orders
We also provide branding with a logo, image, or individual inscription. This type of embroidery is calculated separately, as the cost depends on the complexity of the design and the order volume.
The cost depends on:
— the size of the logo or image;
— the number of items;
— the level of detail;
— the number of colors;
— the need to prepare or adapt the design.
To find out the cost, send your logo or image to the manager. We will evaluate the design, calculate the price, and advise you on the production time.
Embroidery Production Time
The average embroidery production time is up to 3 business days if the item is in stock.
For large orders, production time may be up to 10 business days.
The exact time depends on the number of items, embroidery complexity, production workload, and product availability in stock.
Payment, Exchange, and Return
All orders with embroidery, printing, a logo, name, job title, or personalized inscription are fulfilled only with full payment of the order.
Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made individually for a specific customer.
Even a small embroidery, name, logo, inscription, or print makes the item personalized. Such a product can no longer be resold as a standard catalog item.
Important: before placing an order, carefully choose the size, model, color, and embroidery placement. If you are unsure about the size, we recommend checking the measurements with the manager in advance or using the size chart.
